{"id":699,"date":"2015-06-14T20:47:00","date_gmt":"2015-06-14T17:47:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/suchwanderings.wordpress.com\/?p=699"},"modified":"2015-06-14T20:47:00","modified_gmt":"2015-06-14T17:47:00","slug":"sunday-recs-recent-faves","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/snuu.kapsi.fi\/saranorja\/2015\/06\/14\/sunday-recs-recent-faves\/","title":{"rendered":"Sunday recs: Recent faves"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Here&#8217;s some stories I&#8217;ve read and really enjoyed these past few days: <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/clarkesworldmagazine.com\/takacs_06_15\/\">Forestspirit, Forestspirit<\/a> by Bogi Tak\u00e1cs (in <em>Clarkesworld<\/em>) &#8211; a great SF piece, and superyay for nonbinary character and nonviolence!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/interfictions.com\/the-curemalinda-lo\/\">The Cure<\/a> by Malinda Lo (in the new issue of <em>Interfictions<\/em>) &#8211; feat. a great atmosphere and creepy (based on history) hysteria cures.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.beneath-ceaseless-skies.com\/stories\/grandmother-nai-leylits-cloth-of-winds\/\">Grandmother-nai-Leylit&#8217;s Cloth of Winds<\/a> by Rose Lemberg (in <em>Beneath Ceaseless Skies<\/em>) &#8211; oh this one made me especially happy. Rose Lemberg&#8217;s writing is utterly gorgeous, and I am soooo into hopeful fantasy stories.
