The language and imagery in this poem are just gorgeous!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.wildviolet.net\/2014\/02\/12\/parents-guide-to-time-travel\">Tesseract: A Parent&#8217;s Guide to Time Travel<\/a>, by Kimberly Gladman (in <em>Wild Violet<\/em>). A lovely homage to Madeleine L&#8217;Engle&#8217;s <em>A Wrinkle in Time<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.wildviolet.net\/2014\/02\/12\/hands\/#.Uv4IhYXLE9s\">Hands<\/a>, by David Filer (also in <em>Wild Violet<\/em>). I have a thing for hands, and this poem captures part of why. <\/p>\n<p>Finally, <a href=\"http:\/\/themissingslate.com\/2014\/03\/09\/asphalt-story-84\/\">Asphalt Story #84<\/a> by my talented friend Kat Soini (in <em>The Missing Slate<\/em>).
